Tree Medicine for Our Human Family; An Herbalist's Free Guide to Antiviral, Antiseptic, and Antimicrobial Plants & Home Remedies During the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic, by Honora Bowen

Dear World,

I hope that you are staying safe and keeping positive when you can.

I wrote a quick manual/booklet on antiviral alternative therapies and you can download it here. Or you can download it for free from iBooks HERE. This booklet includes the recipe I posted earlier on this blog about Pine Needle Tea, as well as several other remedies.

Some background on my certifications:

I’ve been a professional certified herbalist, wildcrafter, and aromatherapist since 2006 after obtaining my certifications from C.H.A.C. in Crestone, Colorado. I’ve been voluntarily registered with the FDA and have received multiple certifications from Princeton Consumer Research Labs for one of my products, after it underwent 96-hour testing on 30 people (no animal testing). I have a decade and a half experience of sourcing out medicinal plants in the wild, converting them into products, and using them on people in a professional setting, primarily as an NCBTMB certified therapist. I also have extensive experience working in the medicinal cannabis industry as a manufacturer and vendor of products.

This manual is designed to provide people of all backgrounds and experience levels a basic understanding of how to create basic antiviral home remedies at home, and it gives tips on how to harvest pine needles for anyone interested in wildcrafting. It uses peer-reviewed studies about efficacy, safety, and medicinal properties to back up every ingredient and item mentioned.

This book is not intended to diagnose or prescribe. It’s meant to empower.
Please share widely.

Love—

    Hi Honora,
I purchased Jack Weatherford’s Indian Givers: How Native Americans Transformed the World 1st Edition from Amazon a week ago and read it twice, and I rarely read a book twice.

After reading the book I felt a greater appreciation for the Native American Indian culture and their contributions left for humanity with their medicinal and agricultural accomplishments. Nat Geo TV is a favorite of mine which is also why I enjoyed the adventurous side of the book. But hey, let’s not forget that the Indigenous Americans are less than two percent of the US population with a poverty level of 27% is still among the highest of all the races after all they were here first.
Certainly, there is energy when you unknowingly purchased a signed book. Absolutely, there is also a reason for everything that happens to us even if it seems trivial I have excepted that myself it’s up to us to harness it.
